Reliable. Shipper replied to message inquiry within hours of it being placed and shipped within 24 hours. Received the order within 8 days of purchase. The material is good, it did fit my boyfriend tight (XL), athletic build, 6’2, 220 pounds. Might want to size up, other than that, it was very cute and he loved it even though he won’t be able to wear it as it fit too tight.
